Join in our Celestial Celebration!
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, so we are going for it and making a whole weekend of fun, food and events.
We have weekend camping, eclipse day parking, and even an airplane fly-in, offering you the chance to reserve your spot on the path of totality ahead of time and be a part of all of our weekend activities.
Our weekend “Moonstruck in Marshall” events include Shopping Under the Sun, which will be a wonderful showcase of local art, craft and food vendors around the Saline County Courthouse Square. We will host the Cosmic Concert at the Saline County Fairgrounds, complete with wine, beer, food vendors and a lineup of five bands! Sunday morning, make plans to attend the Rise & Shine Gospel Sing at the Fairgrounds. It’s sure to start your day off right. And a celebration would not be complete without the Nite & Day 5K and Supporter’s After Party and Star Watch. Finally, NASA will be in town on the eclipse day at Indian Foothills Park with its’ Citizen CATE project! They welcome the public to come out and see what scientific cosmic things they are doing!
Long story short, we are geared up and ready for the eclipse weekend and we hope you are too! Check out each event listed for specific details. We know you are going to enjoy Marshall’s hometown hospitality during the “Moonstruck in Marshall” eclipse weekend.
See ya soon!
